Buddy system
For anyone who'd like to meet someone first before coming to an event.
To help BDSM-curious students who may feel a bit hesitant, Kajira offers a buddy system!
Not sure if BDSM is for you? Shy in big groups? Think it's just not OK to show up to a discussion evening on your own? We'll arrange a buddy for you: an experienced Kajira member who can tell you everything about what to expect at our events. They can meet up with you beforehand and go to an event together with you, so you don't have to arrive alone. Or you can just grab a coffee with your buddy.
On anonymity: rest assured, none of us are on the CIA's payroll. Feel free to keep your name, secret crushes and shoe size to yourself. Your bank account number, on the other hand — much more interesting!
Alongside our bad humour, hello-and-goodbye hugs and talent for teasing each other, we offer a buddy system: you can chat, email or meet up with one of us before coming to an event. That way we can answer any questions and you don't have to walk in alone if that feels daunting.
